Horned Frogs sign 15

TCU signed 15 players with this year's class. The Horned Frogs concentrated on offense, with 10 signees on the offensive side. Nine signees are also from in state. "We are very happy with this recruiting class,'' TCU coach Gary Patterson said. TCU's signing class

TCU announced 15 signings -- 10 on offense, four on defense and one specialist. Nine are in-state products, six from outside Texas.

“We are very happy with this recruiting class,” TCU football coach Gary Patterson said. “This year’s group is concentrated more on the offensive side of the ball compared to last year being focused on defense. This is also probably our largest group from outside Texas.”

The Frogs signed two junior college transfers -- WR Marques Parker from North Iowa Area Community College and OL Zach Roth of Garden City (Kan.) Community College.

“With junior college players, you’re looking for immediate help,” Patterson said. “Those are need guys.”
