December 2007

December 25, 2007

Have a New Year's Resolution yet?

If not - we've got one for you ... and a way to help you meet that goal.

Starting January 1st, we will debut our weekly series -- Cowtown 5K or Bust!

Our team of running writers (um, writers who run) will help you train to run the Cowtown 5K in just eight weeks. That's right - you, sitting there in your desk chair, will be able to run 3.1 miles in just eight weeks.

Are you up for the task?

Follow along with our weekly series of training routines, tips, routes, gear and healthy eating ideas right here on Training Sequence and on Star-Telegram.com.

We'll offer weekly check-ins here on the Training Sequence blog as well as a question-and-answer forum for you while you train.

See ya here on Tuesday!
