Spring may have officialIy began this Sunday, but it was a cold Saturday night at Kennedale Speedway Park. A nice crowd braved the colder temperatures to watch some exciting races. Racing continues next Saturday, March 26, when it should be warmer, with a full race program plus the 600 Mini Sprints.
IMCA Modified Feature Winner: Local Tommy Williams Jr., No. 151, held off Matt Martin, No. 11, for the feature win. Jay Bransom, No. 29, was third, Destroyer Chassis Darryl Campbell, No. 83, had a good run for fourth, and Damon Hammond, No. 116, was fifth. Skinner, A. Carter, McMillan, D. Carter, and Harrison, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-two cars started the feature.

RaceSaver Sprint Feature Winner: Logan Scherb, No. 18, was the feature winner. Ryan Hall, No. 79v, was second, Nicholas Littlejohn, No. 21, was third, Marcus Thomas, No. 15t, was fourth and Coby Estes, No. 71, was fifth. D. Estes, C. Scherb, S. Scherb, Gorham, and Keaton rounded out the top ten. Fourteen cars started the feature.

IMCA SportMod Feature Winner: Paul Scrivner, No. 14, held off Jeffrey Abbey, No. 37, for the win. Bonham Motorsports Nick Clinkenbeard, No. 66, was third, Ronnie Welborn, No. 20, was fourth and James Skinner, No. 17s, was fifth. Ralls, Williams, Burgess, Capps, and Freeman, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-one cars started the feature.

IMCA Stock Car Feature Winner: Todd Ludwick, No. 67, drove a great race to defeat Jay Bransom, No. 29, who ended up second. Flyin Ryan Powers, No. r12, was third, Rhea Tony, No. 86, was fourth and Westin Abbey, No. 12, was fifth. Martin, Jones, Taylor, Hammond, and Riddle rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Factory Stock Feature Winner: Randy Buttery, No. 06, was the feature winner. Trey Smitherman, No. 96, had a good run, but settled for second, Tim Murray, No. 20, was third, Jeff Kinnaird, No. 07, was fourth, and Jamey Lough, No. 39x, was fifth. Miller, Sessions, Tryon, Shackleford, and Herring, rounded out the top ten. Twenty-four cars started the feature.

Jr. Mini Stock Feature Winner: Blake Clark, No. 88, had the car to beat. Casey Merrell, No. 41, was second, Jerrett Bransom, No. 29, was third, Patrick Bailey, No. 5x, was fourth and Joel Goff, No. 26, was fifth. Jarrett Hefler, Mustard, Gregory and Jordan Hefler rounded out the field.
