Friday-Saturday (May 15-16): Traxxas TORC (The Off-Road Championship) season opener. Approximately 100 off-road racers in three categories: Pro Light Truck, AMSOIL Pro 2-Wheel Truck and Pro 4x4 Truck. A freestyle motocross event featuring Red Bull athlete Jeff Tilton is also scheduled.
Friday’s schedule: Gates open to public at 3 p.m., practice for all classes at 3:30 p.m., qualifying starts at 5:30 p.m., freestyle motocross begins at 8:05 p.m., racing starts at 8:30 p.m.
