The Rangers will go with the same nine in the batting order who managed three hits Friday night in six innings against C.C. Sabathia. They will face A.J. Burnett today.

Jarrod Saltalamacchia will join Triple A Okalhoma City on Sunday and work with the RedHawks two days before playing in a game as early as Tuesday or Wednesday. It is expected that he will be there for about a week rehabbing his upper back stiffness.
Tommy Hunter (strained left oblique) threw a bullpen session Friday. The next step is for him to throw live batting practice and perhaps pitch in an extended spring game Wednesday or Thursday.
Ian Kinsler could try to run during a three-game series in Boston that starts Tuesday. The Boston Marathon is Monday, and he won't run in that. "I'm just trying to get over the hump," he said, "I'm just stuck right now."
The starting rotation will be shuffled after Monday's off day. The Rangers want to split up left-hander Matt Harrison and C.J. Wilson again, and Wilson, who threw 112 pitches at less than full strengthe because of food poisoning, is the favorite to get the extra rest time.
