Texas Rangers scratch C.J. Wilson from tonight's start

Left-hander C.J. Wilson will not make his second start of the season tonight after being hit with food poisoning. Right-hander Colby Lewis will start tonight, and Thursday's starter is undecided. It could be Wilson or Matt Harrison. The word from the Rangers is that Wilson will start within the next few days.

Wilson, who won a job as a starter in spring training after spending the previous three seasons as a key reliever, pitched seven scoreless innings in his first start Thursday against Toronto. He got a no-decision.
