that's great. nothing like another giant step (back) for Rangerkind. i hope whoever this rumoured new owner is has some deeper pockets, cause coaches and players alike know texas is not the place to go if you are looking for anything remotely approaching MLB standard. obviously we need a salary cap, which is old news. however, texas is way too cheap now anyway.
