Francisco out with biceps tendinitis

Texas closer Frank Francisco is out with right biceps tendinitis. Francisco hasn't pitched since last Wednesday. He informed the team that his arm was sore Saturday. An MRI Monday revealed nothing structurally wrong. He was given an injection and the team hopes he can play catch Wednesday, followed by a Thursday bullpen session. General manager Jon Daniels said it's doubtful Francisco would pitch in the Seattle series. In 14 appearance, Francisco has a 0.00 ERA and nine saves.
