Washington: Cruz to play every day

Manager Ron Washington said Nelson Cruz, brought up from Triple-A Oklahoma on Monday, will play every day as the Rangers evaluate the outfielder to see if he can finally succeed in the big leagues after a monstrous season in the minor leagues.

Brandon Boggs, for now, becomes the fourth outfielder. Marlon Byrd will primarily be the left fielder as Cruz takes over in right. Things will get complicated when David Murphy returns from a knee injury. He hopes to be back by the next homestand. Washington expects Murphy, Byrd and Cruz to rotate once Murphy is back.

this I see as another brilliant decesion by Washington, yeah right, Murphy was having a great season before he got hurt so lets rotate him when he gets back. you cannot evaluate anything when these players are being rotated, no rythym whatso ever. Ron Washington needs to go.
