Orioles change Sunday pitching

Breaking news that might not determine the future of baseball for the next decade but could hurt the Rangers: Baltimore will not start right-hander Dennis Sarfate on Sunday and instead will start Chris Waters, a left-hander. That's not insignificant, though, in that the Rangers have struggled at times against lefties and Waters allowed one hit in eight innings Tuesday against the Angels in his major-league debut. Otherwise, he's a journeyman minor-leaguer who had a 5.70 ERA at Triple-A Norfolk this year.
