Hurley to the DL

The Ranger have put Eric Hurley on the 15-day disabled list with biceps tendinitis. The move is retroactive to Monday. Tommy Hunter is replacing Hurley. To clear room for Hunter on the 40-man roster, the Rangers moved Kason Gabbard to the 60-day disabled list. The Rangers also recalled third baseman Travis Metcalf from Triple-A Oklahoma. UTA ex Ryan Roberts was optioned back to the RedHawks after two games with the Rangers.
