The Rangers have decided to put Kevin Millwood on the 15-day disabled list today rather than Sunday. Millwood will clear a spot for Gerald Laird, who was activated today even though he didn't arrive at the ballpark until just after 11 a.m. Max Ramirez will probably be shipped out Sunday to make room for Eric Hurley.
