Padilla to miss start

Right-hander Vicente Padilla was placed on the bereavement list Monday as he tends to a family emergency in Nicaragua and won't be available until some time this weekend. He was scheduled originally scheduled to pitch tonight, but the start was pushed back a day after he left the club Sunday. Now, A.J. Murray will start Tuesday.

Also, Kevin Millwood had his start moved back a day to Thursday because he must tend to a personal matter Wednesday. So, Sidney Ponson will start on three days' rest.
