Rangers break out

The first six Rangers to bat in the fourth inning reached base against Brett Tomko as Texas scored four runs. Marlon Byrd's fourth hit of the spring netted an RBI. Hank Blalock added an RBI single and Ben Broussard a two-run double. Texas has made wholesale changes for the bottom of the inning as Blalock, Ian Kinsler, Michael Young and Josh Hamilton are no longer in the game. Hamilton went 2 for 2 and is now hitting an incredible .607 for the spring. He has reached base in his last 10 plate appearances.
