This is a very simple question with a very difficult answer:
Should Tobias Stephan play one of the next three games?
The Stars play at Colorado on Thursday, at home against the Rangers on Friday and at home against Nashville Sunday at 5 p.m.
That's a rough road for any goalie.
My guess is Dave Tippett will say he will read and react with Marty Turco, but I would declare Stephan the starter for Friday, tell him now and move forward. I know the kid hasn't played since Jan. 8 and hasn't started since Dec. 13, and I know the team doesn't want to mess with its positive momentum, but it just seems like the Stars need to split up the goaltending responsibilities for these three games.

I agree. You need to get Stephan some actual playing time. The Friday game would seem the best. That way Marty would still be in the normal off day. Guess we shall see.
