Hey folks,
It was a relatively quiet day out in StarsLand, as it was an optional. Joel Lundqvist is feeling good after his return last night, and he'll be a player tomorrow against Detroit. Fabian Brunnstrom is sans boot, but he's still probably four or five days away from taking the ice again. He said he wants to be careful in coming back so he's not back for a game or two and reaggravating something. Landon Wilson (ribs) is going to be out until after the All-Star break, according to coach Dave Tippett. And as far as Sergei Zubov is concerned, his surgery went just fine last week. Obviously it doesn't change his status for this season.
Well, it's the Red Wings again tomorrow... considering where the Stars are right now, no team is more important than another in terms of rivalry. But since the Stars played so poorly against them a few days ago, methinks it's good that they get a chance to redeem themselves quickly.
Now what they do with that is up to them.
