Richards watching

Reading Eric Erlendsson's blog out of the Tampa Tribune, and he reports that Brad Richards was not on the ice during the Lightning's morning skate today. Marian Hossa is taking the morning off, himself, up in Montreal.

Yahoo! Sports is talking of the Stars making a deal for Richards that includes Smith, Jeff Halpern and Mark Fistric. Stay tuned, folks.

Please have some brain cells Dallas, and nix this trade. All I keep thinking is, "What happens if Turco gets hurt, like Roloson did in Edmonton a couple years ago? Who do we have in the system that can step up?" Then I remind myself, "Oh yeah, nobody."

This is a very very bad thing.

Although I'm commenting after the deal has been completed, I have the same concern as Heather. A hurt Marty will probably spell doom.
