Felix's injury

Cowboys running back Felix Jones underwent further testing on his injured left knee Tuesday, a day after straining it against the Panthers. Jones had an MRI on Tuesday. The results have not yet been announced.

Jones, who was injured on his 40-yard run, left the stadium with his knee heavily wrapped in ice. He told me he did not think it was serious. The Cowboys announced it was a "strain" yesterday.

"It just felt a little weak," Jones told me after the game. "But I'm good. I'm good."

Marion Barber said he was good last week, and he didn't play Monday night. Coach Wade Phillips said after the game that Barber's quadriceps is close, which means he'll probably be return to return this week. The Cowboys could pull ex-Jaguar Chauncey Washington up from the practice squad. They signed him last week.
