Where's T.O.?

Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens was not at practice at Wednesday. Not sure why officially, but he is likely being given the day off. But why would T.O. need a day off after getting three days off after playing on Thanksgiving? We'll find out from Wade Phillips later today during his press conference.

Owens wasn't the only one...OLB Greg Ellis, ILB Zach Thomas and OTs Flozell Adams and Marc Colombo were also not practicing with the huge Steelers game coming up.

UPDATE: Wade gave the old guys the day off from practice. Rest the legs.

PRACTICE?????

in a big game, if you have a lot of vetted veterans that are key to your scheme for the big game you want their legs to be fresh and not be leg weary an be flat, especially in cold weather and a soggy field in pittsburgh.

All this "off day" wouldn't be in print if it were no problem.
