Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said Anthony Henry will start against the Giants and linebacker Anthony Spencer will play.
Henry suffered a torn quad muscle against the Bucs. Spencer injured his hamstring against the Cardinals on Oct. 12. Spencer has played in four games this season, but his return could open some things up for the front seven.
