Hurd says he's playing against Redskins

Cowboys receiver Sam Hurd has declared he will be ready to play Sunday against Washington. He was a little surprised when he made the trip to Green Bay but was inactive. Hurd is coming back from a sprained ankle suffered in the preseason and has yet to play in the regular season.

"No way I am missing this week," Hurd said. "I'm good now."

But where does Hurd fit now that Miles Austin had a breakout game against the Packers with two catches for 115 yards and a TD? Hurd may have trouble getting much time in the rotation.

Hurd has been rehabbing relentlessly until 8 p.m. on a daily basis and said he could have played Sunday.
